Who we are
We don’t ship boxes.
We ship trust.
hardwaresys is a sourcing and quality-control partner headquartered in Shenzhen. We buy Dell, HPE, Cisco and Lenovo hardware at the real factory price, audit it in our own warehouse, and ship it door-to-door to the GCC and Africa — OEM new or refurbished.

Anyone can promise a price. We show you the floor the order crosses, the bench it is switched on at, and the pallet it leaves on.
Why buyers come to us
The factory price, without the factory risk.
Buying direct from China saves 20–40% and costs you every guarantee you had. We stand in between: we hold the supplier relationship, we inspect the unit, and we carry the warranty ourselves.
The OEM angle
What’s actually in the box.
Three routes to the same part number. You pick per line — and the warranty we give does not change between them.
OEM new sealed
Built on the same line as the branded unit, supplied without the retail carton and without the channel markup.
Refurbished graded
Pulled from decommissioned estates, cleaned, powered up on the bench and cosmetically graded before it ships.
Original boxed
Vendor-boxed and sealed, with the vendor’s own serial — for estates that have to stay under vendor support.
Quality control
Three levels of QC.
Most sourcers offer one. We match the inspection depth to the size and risk of your project.
TIER 1 · Standard QC
Functional test, photo + log report, burn-in for refurb. Included in every order.
TIER 2 · Engineering review
Remote vendor Q&A with an engineer, BTO config validation, approval before shipping.
TIER 3 · On-site inspector
Our engineer flies to China for a physical factory inspection with live video.
Where we are
On the ground in two hubs.
Shenzhen, China
Sourcing desk, QC team and warehouse. We negotiate in Mandarin with 35+ suppliers and inspect every unit before it ships.
Dubai, UAE
Regional point of contact for GCC customers — logistics coordination, IOR/EOR brokers and after-sales support.
Filmed on site
The whole route, in six takes.
Phone footage from the floors your order passes through, in the order it passes them: built, staged, opened, tested, boxed, palletised.
What we can do for you
Beyond finding the part.
The sourcing is the obvious half. These are the things buyers usually discover late, after they have already paid someone else for them separately.
- 01
Configuration review before the quote
We check every line against the platform it has to sit in and the workload it has to carry. On an energy-sector build that took 25% off the hardware spend.
- 02
Your logo on the carton
Cartons are folded and printed where the goods are packed, so the box can carry your branding instead of ours. OEM packaging is a request, not a project.
New to this page - 03
A test room, not a spot check
Units are racked, powered and pinged as a batch before anything is boxed. Photos, logs and serials travel with the shipment.
- 04
One year of warranty from us
Return to base, on every unit including refurbished — carried by us, not by a distributor you have no contract with.
- 05
Door to door, customs handled
Consolidation in our Shenzhen warehouse, air freight to Dubai, DDP. You receive the pallet; the paperwork is our problem.
How we got here
Buying the same way since 2017.
Pick a year.
2,500+ servers delivered across six markets
Two hubs carry it: our Shenzhen desk and QC team, and the regional point of contact in Dubai.
What came of it
The projects we’re allowed to describe.
Customer names stay out — permission was never given, and naming a buyer creates a question on their side rather than proof on ours. A number belongs to the project it came from and is not claimed anywhere else on the site.
−25%off the customer’s hardware spend, after we re-sized the servers they had specified
An energy-sector build arrived as a bill of materials over-provisioned for the workload. We recalculated the sizing against what the machines actually had to carry, and quoted the corrected configuration instead of the requested one.
Energy sector · configuration review
Second case — waiting on the outcome from the client.
“delivered, customer satisfied” is not an outcome
Eight further projects are real but record the sale closing rather than what the customer got, so they appear here as sectors served — breadth without a claim.
Before you send a BOM
The questions buyers actually ask.
Are you an authorised reseller?
No, and we don’t claim to be. We buy through the same factories and distribution the authorised channel buys from — that is where the 20–40% comes from. What you get instead of a vendor contract is our own one-year warranty and a named person who answers for the order.
Who carries the warranty — you or the vendor?
We do. One year, return to base, on every unit including refurbished. On vendor-boxed stock that sits on top of whatever the vendor carries.
What happens if a unit arrives faulty?
You tell us, we ship the replacement, and the faulty unit comes back to us — not to a distributor you have no contract with. The photos, logs and serials recorded before dispatch are what settles which unit is which.
Where does the hardware physically come from?
From the suppliers we buy through — the floors filmed in the block above. Goods consolidate in our Shenzhen warehouse and go out by air, door to door, DDP with customs handled.
Can you handle equipment the vendor no longer sells new?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. End-of-sale platforms still run in production estates worldwide; they come as refurbished or OEM stock with the same testing and the same warranty.
Let’s get you a quote.
Send your BOM — we come back with OEM and refurbished pricing side-by-side, plus door-to-door logistics.
