How we work — from quote to delivery
Six steps. One contract.

Before the box ships
Half of this job happens before anything is ordered
A wrong part number is cheaper to catch in a spreadsheet than on a loading dock. Send us the configuration you think you need and we will check it against the workload before it becomes a quote.
Sizing before quoting
We work in the Dell, HPE and Lenovo configurators and the Huawei and xFusion catalogues, with accounts that let us check component compatibility before a part number reaches your quote.
Specifications and requirements
We write the technical specification with you, and justify in writing anything that changes the configuration or the price.
Architecture and schematics
Fault-tolerant cluster design, storage layout and network diagrams — drawn, reviewed with your engineers, and defended before anything is ordered.
Workload-specific builds
Configurations tuned for database and business-application loads rather than generic spec sheets, on Linux and Windows alike.
No surprises
What if something goes wrong?
The honest answer to the question everyone’s really asking. Here’s exactly what we do.
“Wrong spec arrived”
We replace at our cost. Your order stays on our dock until you confirm every line item.
“Failed in production”
12-month warranty. We ship a replacement from our spare-parts cache — in-region, not from China.
“Need to change the order”
Before QC sign-off, changes are free. After shipping, we work with you on the next order.
Steps 4, 5 and 6
Picked, boxed, palletised.
The half of the process that happens after you have approved the quote and stopped thinking about it — including the carton, which is printed here and can carry your own logo.
Questions about the process
The things buyers ask before step 1.
From your first message to hardware at your door, plan on 25–30 days for a typical order. That breaks down to quoting in 1–3 days, QC and inspection over 5–12 days, and shipping plus customs clearance to the UAE over the following two weeks. In-stock items with light QC can land in as few as 18 days. You get a target delivery window on the quote, and we update it at every step.
Ready to start? Tell us what you need.
Send a part number, a BOM, or just describe your workload. We’ll acknowledge within two hours and return OEM + refurbished pricing within 48 hours. No commitment.
