Not an authorized reseller — and here's exactly why that's fine.

Why hardwaresys — 6 reasons teams choose us

Same hardware.
Smarter route.
Better price.

We’re not an authorized reseller. We’re a sourcing partner with a warehouse in Shenzhen, a QC process you control, and prices that make procurement smile. Here’s why 480+ orders trusted us.

The six reasons

Not claims. Differentiators you can verify.

Each one is something a procurement lead can put in a vendor-evaluation doc and check for themselves — not a slogan.

01

Authorized route

OEM → Distributor → Reseller → You+25–40%

Hardwaresys route

OEM factory → hardwaresys QC → You1 margin

Evidence

Average saving vs. authorized channel: 25–40%

Reason 01

Best price for your exact spec

We source from 200+ suppliers across China across OEM-new and refurbished channels. There’s no distributor margin stacked on a dealer margin — you get factory-direct pricing on the exact configuration you ask for.

The authorized route moves a server through three intermediaries, each adding markup before it reaches you. We collapse that to a single margin. Same SKU, same silicon — a shorter, cheaper path.

That applies to both OEM-new and Grade-A refurbished units, so you can price the same spec two ways and decide what fits the budget.

02

Evidence

Memory pricing can swing sharply inside a single quarter

Reason 02

Always-current pricing, not a stale list

We don’t publish a price list because server prices move daily— driven by supply, FX rates, and component availability. Every quote we send reflects today’s real market, not a number that was true last quarter.

A stale list would do one of two things: overcharge you to stay safe, or quietly lose us money when costs spike. Quote-only means neither happens. You always see the price the market is actually at on the day you ask.

Memory is the clearest example — DDR5 can swing sharply inside a single quarter. A static page can’t track that. A same-day quote can.

Evidence

Engineering is our most-requested tier

Reason 03

Three levels of QC — you choose

Most suppliers say “we test everything” and leave it at that. We let you choose how deep the inspection goes — and you see the report either way.

Standard QC is included on every order. Engineering (add-on, quoted per project) adds a 24-hour burn-in and component-level diagnostics you can watch in real time. On-Site (add-on, quoted per project) puts your spec under a witnessed test before anything ships.

04

Evidence

Every serial number logged and verifiable with the manufacturer

Reason 04

Original hardware, OEM packaging

Not grey market. Not rebranded. The units we ship carry the same SKUs, the same firmware, and the same OEM packaging as the authorized channel. The only thing that changes is the supply-chain route they took to reach you.

We don’t touch firmware. We don’t swap components. What the OEM shipped is what you receive — and every serial number is logged, so you (or your auditor) can verify it directly with the manufacturer.

If a unit’s provenance can’t be stood behind, it doesn’t go in the box.

05

Evidence

Average warranty claim resolution: 5 business days

Reason 05

12-month warranty + in-region spare parts

Every order ships with a full 12-month warranty. But a warranty is only as good as how fast it resolves — which is why we pre-position a spare-parts cache in-region.

Common failure parts — drives, PSUs, DIMMs — sit close to the customer, not back in China. When something needs replacing, it ships from nearby and lands in days, not weeks. No waiting on a fresh cross-border shipment for a $40 part.

The result: claims resolve in about five business days on average, instead of the multi-week round trip a China-only stock would force.

06

Evidence

Operating since 2017 • own Shenzhen warehouse

Reason 06

Real warehouse, real people

We’re not a broker with a laptop and a Gmail address. We run a 2,400 sqm warehouse in Shenzhen’s Bao’an district, with dedicated receiving, QC, and packing zones, 24/7 security, and climate control.

Every account has a named manager — a real person who knows your order, not a rotating support queue. We’ve operated this way since 2017, from our own warehouse floor.

And the standing offer: visit us. Seriously. We’ll arrange pickup from Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport and walk you through the floor.

Straight answers

The questions skeptics actually ask.

No, we are not authorized. Here is what that means and does not mean: it means we buy direct from the supply chain in China instead of through a brand distributor, so there is no channel margin stacked on your price. It does not mean the hardware is different — the SKUs, firmware, and OEM packaging are identical. Authorization is a commercial relationship between a vendor and a reseller; it is not a measure of whether the hardware is genuine. We are transparent about this on purpose, because a procurement lead should know exactly what they are buying.

Yes. The units are original OEM hardware with the same SKUs, the same firmware, and the same OEM packaging as the authorized channel — not grey market and not rebranded. We do not touch firmware or swap components. Every serial number is logged and can be verified directly with the manufacturer.

You can still purchase the manufacturer support contract you need. Vendor support such as Dell ProSupport attaches to the hardware by serial number, independent of who sold it, so you are free to register and buy it directly from the OEM. On top of that, every order carries our own 12-month warranty backed by an in-region spare-parts cache, so most replacements ship from nearby rather than from China.

Yes — and we encourage it. We run a 2,400 sqm warehouse in Shenzhen Bao’an district with dedicated receiving, QC, and packing zones. We will arrange pickup from Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport and walk you through the floor. We are real people in a real facility, not a broker with a laptop.

Because server prices move daily based on supply, FX rates, and component availability, and DDR5 alone can swing sharply inside a single quarter. A static price list would either overcharge you to stay safe or lose us money when costs spike. Quote-only means every price reflects today’s real market for your exact spec.
