Receive & unbox
Every unit is checked in against your purchase order — model, configuration, and quantity confirmed before anything else happens. Serial numbers are logged on arrival.
Test & log
We run the tier-appropriate tests: from power-on and configuration verification on Standard, through component diagnostics and load/stress testing on Engineering, up to a 72-hour burn-in on Expert. Every result is recorded.
Document & report
Photo-documentation, log capture and serial-number records on every order — and, on higher tiers, a full diagnostics PDF with load-test and thermal charts plus the system-log analysis.
Pack & certify
Enterprise-grade packing: OEM box where available, anti-static, custom foam. Expert orders ship with a full equipment passport and individual acceptance sign-off attached.

Switches and routers are not a separate track. Every unit is powered on and booted on our bench, checked against the spec you signed, photographed, and logged — and the Engineering and Expert levels are available on the same terms as any other order.

Questions about how we test.
Yes. QC depth is set per line item, not per order. Run Standard on known-good repeat SKUs and Engineering or Expert on the units that matter — for example, the production database servers in an otherwise routine batch. Tell us which units get which tier and we price each line accordingly.
It never ships. A failed unit is quarantined, photographed, and either repaired and re-tested or replaced from stock before your order leaves our Shenzhen warehouse. The failure is logged in your QC report, so you see exactly what we caught and how it was resolved — you are never billed for a unit that did not pass.
Yes — same checklist, same tiers, no shortcuts. Refurbished units actually get extra scrutiny on wear items: drive SMART data, fan health, and chassis condition are all logged. OEM new is verified against the original specification and the factory firmware baseline.
Expert includes everything in Engineering, then adds an extended 72-hour burn-in under load with thermal-mode and hardware-parameter monitoring, a component-resource check (SSD/HDD health, power-on hours, drive wear, memory and controller errors), replacement of worn or consumable parts with professional cleaning, and an individual acceptance step with a full equipment passport. It is built for data centers, telecom, storage systems and other critical, high-load infrastructure.
Every order includes photo-documentation, log capture and serial-number records. Engineering adds a full diagnostics PDF with load-test and thermal charts plus a system-log analysis; Expert adds the 72-hour burn-in log and a full equipment passport. Reports are delivered as a shared link and a downloadable PDF, usually within 24 hours of QC completion.
Almost all of them. The exception is the very newest lines that have not completed a full service cycle — the 72-hour Expert burn-in needs a matured unit, so on those models we offer Standard and Engineering and flag the available levels on your quote. Everything else can run any tier.
