Overview
A refurbished DL20 is a sensible spare, or an inexpensive way to give a remote site its own rack-mounted server. HPE's entry model takes a single Intel processor, unbuffered ECC memory and a short chassis that fits shallow cabinets, with iLO for remote management — useful when nobody at the branch knows where the comms cupboard is. We rate this one grade A. Before this DL20 leaves Shenzhen it has been powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded. Warranty is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB + up to 3 yr on request; the new DL20 card is there for buyers who need current-production stock. Because this model pairs a small set of memory slots with unbuffered ECC DIMMs, memory is the thing to specify up front: tell us the capacity you need and request a quote.
