Overview
Bought refurbished, the SD535 V3 is an inexpensive way into dense single-socket EPYC. Hosting providers and private-cloud teams fill D3 enclosures in the rack with these nodes to sell or allocate cores, and the second-hand route lowers what each one costs. With drives at the front of every node, it can also anchor a small hyperconverged cluster in which each member carries its own storage. Units here are grade A. Shenzhen staff put each one through the standard bench check before release — powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded — and the results are kept against that serial. Cover runs as 1-yr hardwaresys RTB + up to 3 yr on request. Anyone whose policy rules out used hardware should look at the new SD535 V3 listing instead. Say whether the low-profile slot should hold an accelerator, since a GPU-equipped node changes both the build and the figure, and request a quote.
