Overview
ASUS builds the XA NB3I-E12 for heavy AI work around an NVIDIA HGX B300 board, hosted on two Intel Xeon 6700P processors. ConnectX-8 InfiniBand is embedded on the GPU board itself, and ASUS describes a modular design with little cabling, which it credits with faster assembly and better thermal efficiency. NVLink, NVSwitch and BlueField-3 DPUs are among the NVIDIA technologies it lists, and redundant Titanium-rated supplies power it. This system is new and is supplied on request, through the authorised partners of ASUS. The manufacturer decides the configuration and grants the allocation, and it does so against an end-user certificate.
