Common problems when buying servers
"In stock" that isn't
We quote real availability — In Shenzhen — ready, or build-to-order with a date — never a stock status we can't hold.
Grey-market boxes with no history
Every unit is QC-tested with a documented report; you see the checks before it ships.
Refurb that's really e-waste
Grade A refurbished only, same one-year warranty as new — or we tell you to buy new instead.
