Standard turnaround is 48 hours. For straightforward configurations of in-stock models, we have returned quotes the same day. Complex BTO builds and bulk orders (50+ units) take longer, because the route runs through several suppliers — when that is the case we say so when we acknowledge your request, rather than leaving you waiting.
Yes — and bulk is where the savings compound. For 10+ units, we negotiate volume pricing with suppliers and can often hit deeper discounts than single-unit quotes. We also assign a dedicated account manager for orders above 20 units. Send your full BOM and quantity and we'll tell you the turnaround when we acknowledge it — a bulk route runs through several suppliers, so it is longer than the standard 48 hours and we would rather say how much.
We don't have a formal price-match policy, but our direct-sourcing model means our quotes are typically competitive on their own. If you have a written quote from another UAE supplier, send it along — we'll build our quote for the same config so you can compare apples-to-apples.
