Dell PowerEdge R7525 — Full Technical Specifications
The R7525 is the two-socket EPYC server of Dell's fifteenth generation, and the machine that convinced a lot of estates to take AMD seriously. Its appeal was and remains core count against price, with memory channels to match, in a chassis that also takes a sensible amount of storage.
Both a new build and refurbished units are listed for this model.

Check the processor row against your licensing before anything else, because a machine that can hold this many cores per socket can also multiply a per-core software bill beyond the saving on hardware. Then the memory row: EPYC of this generation wants every channel populated to perform as advertised, so the slot count is a plan rather than a ceiling. The bay row offers a small-format build with fast drive support and a large-format one for capacity, decided at the factory. The supply row runs high at the top end, which is what fully specified processors and a full front face actually draw.
