Lenovo ThinkSystem SR630 — Full Technical Specifications
The SR630 is Lenovo's thin two-socket rack server from the Skylake and Cascade Lake years — the dense counterpart to the SR650 and one of the most widely deployed Lenovo machines in existence. It went into virtualisation clusters and hosting estates in quantity, and it remains a straightforward machine to specify and to service.

Full Specifications
The drive row is where this model surprises people: the flexible bay arrangement lets conventional and fast drives share one backplane, which in a chassis this thin is more useful than the raw count suggests. Read it with the controller row, since the two together decide whether fast drives are addressed directly or through a RAID part. The memory row quotes an ordinary ceiling and a much higher one that depends on persistent modules tied to a specific processor family — those are different machines in practice, not two options. Networking is a replaceable adapter, so that row describes a seat rather than the contents of any particular unit.
