Overview
FX2 is Dell's converged blade enclosure — the chassis that lets FC-series sleds share power, cooling and networking in a compact footprint. Nobody buys one on impulse; it arrives because an existing FX estate needs another enclosure or a standing spare. The economics only work because the chassis outlives several generations of the sleds inside it. A refurbished chassis is mostly a test of honesty in the checking: ours is powered, brought to its management plane, inspected for completeness and condition, and documented with photos and serials before it leaves Shenzhen. The enclosure ships under 1-yr hardwaresys RTB. Blade projects live and die on what goes inside, so list the sleds and IO modules the chassis must carry — or the ones you already own — and request a quote.
