Overview
The DL380 Gen12 is the newest bearer of the most ordinary name in servers, and ordinary is the compliment: the two-socket HPE default, in its current form, for buyers specifying infrastructure that must still look sensible a hardware generation from now. This early in the cycle everything is new-build and allocation-shaped. We work the allocation through Chinese distribution, stage at Shenzhen, and hand nothing to a forwarder unproven — powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded. Cover is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB; HPE's programmes are quoted as the vendor's own.
