Overview
An OEM new DL360 Gen10 is bought on purpose rather than by default. Gen10 is not HPE's newest rack generation, and the people ordering one new are the ones whose images, cabling and spare parts were all decided around it. The unit is assembled from original components and has never been deployed by anyone. There is no warehouse of these waiting behind the page. The order defines the build, and before the server is released it is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded. Procurement reaches across Chinese suppliers and every box passes the quality audit our Shenzhen site runs. We stand behind it with 1-yr hardwaresys RTB. A factory entitlement that outlasts that is HPE's own, and we write it as the vendor's when it exists — + vendor to 36 mo. There is a refurbished Gen10 card as well, aimed at estates that are extending; this listing is for the deployments where the machine must be untouched.
