Overview
The DL20 Gen10 is HPE's compact single-socket rack server from the previous generation, the box that fills branch cabinets and small comms rooms. New units are still ordered by estates that standardised on it and want every site to have the same rack machine. We build to your configuration once the order lands and keep nothing on a shelf. Before the server ships it is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded. Parts are gathered from suppliers around China and clear the audit our Shenzhen warehouse runs. The term is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, with HPE's own entitlement named as the vendor's where it runs longer — + vendor to 36 mo. A refurbished DL20 Gen10 card is listed beside this one and is the practical choice for spares; new is what a multi-site rollout usually wants, so that every cabinet holds the same thing.
