Overview
A new DL380 Gen10 is an odd and very deliberate purchase: HPE has newer rack generations, and buyers still specify Gen10 because their estate, their images and their spare parts are all built around it. Built new, it has original components and no deployment history behind it. There is no shelf stock behind this card. The configuration you send is what gets built, and the finished server is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded. Parts are sourced from Chinese suppliers and audited in our Shenzhen warehouse before dispatch. We carry 1-yr hardwaresys RTB on it. Where a factory term runs longer than that, it is the vendor's obligation and is written as the vendor's — + vendor to 36 mo. The refurbished Gen10 card beside this one covers the same rack platform for estates that are extending rather than starting; this card is for the ones that need the unit to be new.
