Overview
Refurbished XR5610 stock is what you put in the trial cabinet: the same hardened edge platform Dell sells for street furniture, at a price that lets a proof-of-concept fail without a post-mortem. The new-build card next door is for the rollout that follows; this one is for finding out whether the rollout is worth it. Nothing about refurbishment narrows where the unit may be deployed — the environmental tolerance is the platform's whole personality, and it survives a previous owner intact. Every chassis passes the full admission test — powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded — then ships under 1-yr hardwaresys RTB.
