Overview
The DL120 Gen9 was the short, single-minded end of HPE's rack range, and the whole generation is end-of-sale now — which leaves a machine that costs less than a decent office chair and still does honest work. DNS, print, door-access controllers, the box that runs the thing nobody remembers installing. Sites keep a pair on the shelf as pre-configured spares because at this money redundancy is a stocking decision. Refurbished units clear our Shenzhen checks — power-up, build confirmation, physical review, photo record, serial log — before they are offered at all. Cover stays real at this price: 1-yr hardwaresys RTB. For utility roles it is hard to spend less and get a warranty at all. Count the sockets in the wall, not the budget, and request a quote.
