Overview
ASRock Rack’s 8U16X-GNR2 B300 puts an NVIDIA HGX B300 board, with NVLink between its GPUs, under two Intel Xeon 6 processors from the 6700P, 6500P or 6700E series. The front holds hot-swap NVMe bays, the rear has PCIe 5.0 slots for extra cards, and the cluster ports come from ConnectX-8 SuperNICs. Remote management runs over IPMI, from the system’s own management port. Memory can be DDR5 RDIMM, 3DS RDIMM or MRDIMM. It ships new, on request, from ASRock Rack’s authorised partners: the configuration and the allocation come from the manufacturer, and the request needs an end-user certificate.
