PowerMax 2500 is the entry into Dell's flagship storage family — the tier banks and carriers put their transaction systems on. The smaller frame carries the same engineering discipline: end-to-end NVMe design and the availability posture the line is famous for. An array like this is always a sourced-to-order, new-only purchase for us: configurations are built against your capacity and licensing picture, supply is arranged through channels we document fully, and intake happens under our control in Shenzhen. Hardware cover from our side is the standard one-year Return-to-Base term; ongoing array support is structured in Dell's name, as these platforms expect.
