We list it new, sourced to order. Machines of this class move as projects — entitlement transfers, licensing, delivery windows — and our role is supply and logistics, with the Shenzhen warehouse handling inbound control on the way to you. Lead times are quoted honestly, project by project. Cover is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, with IBM's own support arranged in the vendor's name where the project requires it.
