Overview
The MSA 2060 is an entry block array, the storage a site buys when direct-attached disks have stopped being enough and a full enterprise platform is more than the workload justifies. It is listed new: controller pairs with an unknown service history are not something a storage estate should be asked to accept. Every array is sourced after the order against the configuration you specify. Before dispatch it is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded. Buying runs across Chinese supply and the quality audit is performed at our Shenzhen warehouse. We carry 1-yr hardwaresys RTB on it, and the vendor's own support entitlement is a separate obligation named as the vendor's — + vendor to 36 mo. With arrays, send the capacity, protocol and host-count requirements alongside the model: the enclosure is easy to quote and the sizing is where the real decisions are.
