Overview
The MSA 2062 is the flash-forward member of HPE's entry array family — the same enclosure idea as its sibling, sold with performance capacity included. Arrays are listed new here as a matter of principle: nobody should put production data behind controllers with an unaccounted-for past. The array is sourced against your configuration once an order exists. Before dispatch it is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded. Purchasing runs across Chinese supply and the quality audit is performed at our Shenzhen warehouse. We carry 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, and HPE's own support entitlement is separate and quoted as the vendor's — + vendor to 36 mo. Send the capacity, the host count and the protocol with your enquiry: on entry arrays the difference between two quotes is almost always the drive layout rather than the chassis.
