Overview
The AFF A30 is where all-flash ONTAP starts making sense for ordinary companies: an entry array that still speaks the full NetApp dialect — snapshots, SnapMirror, multiprotocol — without demanding an enterprise storage team to run it. New units only, and usually first arrays: the typical buyer is graduating from a NAS that ran out of headroom, so part of our job is making the landing gentle — configuration agreed up front, delivery staged, nothing assumed. Units clear the Shenzhen audit and carry 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, with NetApp's own entitlement quoted as the vendor's. Say what the array replaces and which protocols the clients actually use, and request a quote. Most first quotes here get revised smaller, and we consider that a feature.
