Overview
The RS2423+ is the single-supply base of Synology's mid-rack pair — the same DSM platform and rack format for sites where the budget votes against redundancy and the workload agrees. Backups, departmental shares and surveillance archives rarely argue. The single supply is an honest trade at sites with good power and forgiving hours. It shares everything else with the RP build, so upgrading later is a chassis swap, not a redesign. Units are new, procured through our documented Chinese network with inbound verification and serial capture at Shenzhen. Our one-year hardwaresys Return-to-Base warranty comes standard.
