Overview
The ML30 Gen10 is HPE's small tower from the previous generation — the machine that sits in a cupboard in a clinic, a workshop or a solicitor's office. New is how it is normally bought, because a site like that specifies a server once and then leaves it alone for a decade. Nothing is stocked; the tower is built to your configuration after the order. It is then powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded before packing. Components are bought across Chinese supply and audited at our Shenzhen warehouse. Our term is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, with HPE's own entitlement named as the vendor's where it applies — + vendor to 36 mo. A refurbished ML30 Gen10 is listed too and is fine as a spare or a test box; when the tower is the only server on the premises, the new listing is the one that avoids awkward conversations later.
