Overview
The MicroServer Gen11 is the smallest tower HPE builds — a box for a shop, a studio, a surgery, a site with one cupboard and no noise budget. New is how it is normally bought: original components, no service history, specified once and left alone. It is built to your configuration after the order, because none of these are held in stock. Before shipping, the unit is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded. Parts come from suppliers across China and are audited at our Shenzhen warehouse. The warranty is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, with HPE's own entitlement named as the vendor's where it runs longer — + vendor to 36 mo. There is also a refurbished MicroServer Gen11 card, which makes sense as a spare or a test box; for the only machine in a small business, new is the version that will not surprise anyone.
