This sheet has to be read with the class in mind, because two of its rows are limits rather than features. Drives are not hot-plug: a disk change means shutting the machine down, which is fine in a cupboard and not fine in a clinic that runs evenings. The power adapter is external and single, so there is no redundancy at all and the machine should be sitting behind something that keeps it fed. In exchange you get the rest of the sheet, which is a real server — error-correcting memory, a proper remote management processor, and a genuine expansion slot. The tower it sits below in the range is the answer when either of those two limits bites.
