Dell PowerEdge R6625 — Full Technical Specifications
The R6625 is the two-socket Genoa machine in Dell's thin rack profile: an extremely high core count per cabinet position, for estates whose workloads scale with threads. It is the model to look at when consolidation is the goal and the software licence is not counted per core.
It is available as a new build and as refurbished stock.

Full Specifications
Begin with the arithmetic rather than the sheet: at these core counts, per-core software costs usually exceed the hardware, and that calculation decides how far up the processor row to go. After that, the memory row wants every channel populated to deliver what the processors expect, so read the slot count as a plan. The drive row offers a conventional layout and a ruler-format one with a much higher count; those are separate chassis and separate drive estates. The supply row runs high because two fully specified processors in this height genuinely draw it, which is a question for whoever manages the cabinet.
