Dell PowerEdge R750xs — Full Technical Specifications
R750xs is the trimmed R750: the same generation of processors and the same iDRAC, with fewer slots, a narrower power range and no pretence of accelerator work. It exists because a large share of the machines sold as flagships spend their lives running general workloads that never touch the expansion they paid for. A new build of it is listed beside refurbished units.

Full Specifications
Compare the slot count and the supply options here against the full R750 sheet — that comparison is the entire argument for this model, and if it comes out wrong for your workload the other page is the one you want. The bay row is worth a careful look because the large-format and small-format builds diverge sharply in how much they hold, and the split is decided at the factory. Boot devices are listed separately from the data controller, which is easy to skim past and is the difference between a machine that boots off its array and one that does not. Everything else is common to the generation.
