HPE HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen11 — Full Technical Specifications
The DL360 Gen11 is the dense current-generation ProLiant: two sockets in a thin chassis, with the newer memory, the newer bus and HPE's current management and security stack. It is the machine service providers and virtualisation estates buy by the rack when the metric is capacity per cabinet.

Start at the cooling row, which is not a formality on this Gen11 machine: processors at the top of the range in a chassis this thin bring liquid options into the conversation, and that is a decision about the room, the cabinet and the maintenance contract rather than about the server. Then the drive row, which offers a conventional build and a ruler-format one that are physically different machines. Slots and OCP seats are the scarce resource, so settle networking and any accelerator together rather than in sequence. The security row is the one to hold against policy — it is where this generation's real differences from its predecessor live.
