Overview
The FC640 is the compute sled of Dell's FX architecture — blade-style density without a full-height chassis commitment. Refurbished sleds are bought by exactly one kind of customer: the one whose FX2 enclosures have empty bays or ageing nodes. Dell closed the FX chapter without a straight successor, which keeps demand for good sleds steady. Buying the sled refurbished keeps a sunk-cost architecture productive without new-platform money. Sleds are verified at our Shenzhen facility — brought up, configuration confirmed against the record, inspected and photographed, and the serial log completed. Each carries 1-yr hardwaresys RTB. Sled compatibility is a detail game, so include the enclosure's current population when you request a quote; multiples at matched spec are the norm here.
