Overview
For a lab that rehearses Open RAN deployments, or a private mobile network that has no need for factory-fresh hardware, a refurbished XR8610t delivers the same telecom sled with a lower entry cost. It is a half-width, one-processor Dell node for the XR8000 enclosure, designed to sit in a shallow cabinet near the radio rather than in a central machine room. It leaves us at grade A. The bench routine covers power-on and boot, a comparison of the installed parts with the listed configuration, a completeness and cosmetic inspection, and a record of photographs, logs and serial numbers. Warranty is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB + up to 3 yr on request, and a new XR8610t sits on a separate card for production rollouts. Power is the configuration question that matters most with this sled: the XR8000 runs from either AC or telecom DC supplies, so say which feed the cabinet has when you request a quote.
