Overview
The ASA A90 is NetApp's block-dedicated all-flash array at the serious end of the range — ONTAP engineering with the file personality removed, aimed squarely at the SAN estates that want simplicity of mission with depth of platform. VMware farms and database fleets are its natural constituency. Block-only positioning is a feature, not a limitation — the array does one job with the vendor's full engineering behind it. Arrays are new and built to order; sourcing is documented from the Chinese supplier through our Shenzhen checks, serials declared end to end. We cover the hardware with a one-year hardwaresys Return-to-Base warranty; NetApp support programmes attach in the vendor's name.
