Each unit is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded, and the drives are examined in the same pass. Hardware comes through Chinese supply and the quality audit is done in our Shenzhen warehouse rather than taken on trust. The cover is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB and it is funded by us.
