Overview
The R7615 is Dell's single-socket AMD rack server, chosen where a lot of cores and lanes are wanted without paying for a second socket. It is a deliberate platform choice rather than a default one. Ordered new, it comes from original components with no deployment history. No unit is assembled before somebody asks for one. The specification you send is placed with our suppliers, and what comes back is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded. Purchasing runs across Chinese supply, and the audit is ours in Shenzhen. Cover is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, with any longer factory entitlement identified as the vendor's own — + vendor to 36 mo. A refurbished R7615 sits on a separate card and reaches you sooner; this listing is for rows being deployed now, where the asset register wants a machine with no previous owner.
