Overview
Refurbished R740xd2 chassis come back from estates that built archive or backup tiers on them and have since moved the data elsewhere. Each is wiped, brought back to a working baseline and re-tested before listing — on a drive-dense machine that check is mostly about what is behind the front panel. Every unit is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded, with drive condition captured during that pass. We buy through Chinese supply and the quality audit is run by our own staff in the Shenzhen warehouse. Cover is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, funded here. Units are found against your order, hence a lead time in place of a count. This card suits backup landing zones, archive tiers and anything where capacity per rack unit is the reason for buying at all; the new R740xd2 listing is the route for untouched hardware.
