Overview
Refurbished R750 units have been in production somewhere, been decommissioned, wiped and rebuilt to a working baseline. The rack specification is identical to the new listing; the difference is the service history and how quickly one can be found. Each machine passes the bench before it goes anywhere: powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded, drive health data included. Sourcing happens through Chinese channels and the inspection happens in Shenzhen under our own roof, which is the part that makes the paperwork ours. It carries 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, funded by us and not inherited from the estate it came out of. Each unit is located against your order, so this page gives a lead time instead of a count. Typical uses are adding nodes to a cluster on this generation, keeping cold spares, or standing up a staging estate; the new R750 card covers the cases where none of that is acceptable.
