Overview
New R750 hardware is bought by sites that want the generation before the current one, in a rack platform they already know, with no previous owner in the chain. It arrives assembled from original parts, deployed for the first time by you. Every unit is built after the order is taken. We place your bill of materials with the suppliers we buy through and the completed machine is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded. Purchasing is spread across China; the audit is in our Shenzhen warehouse. Cover on this card is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, and where the vendor's own term is longer it is quoted as belonging to the vendor — + vendor to 36 mo. A refurbished R750 is listed separately for estates that are extending rather than building, where matching what is already installed matters more than an untouched service life.
