Server power supplies — hot-plug PSUs for Dell, HPE, Lenovo and Supermicro

Send the part numbers and the servers they go into. We quote today’s landed price on Dell hot-plug units, HPE Flex Slot, Lenovo ThinkSystem and Supermicro CRPS supplies — QC-tested and shipped from our Shenzhen facility.

  • We match the supply to your exact server model — one wattage covers several order codes that are not interchangeable.
  • Every unit is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded.
  • Original, OEM and refurbished side by side — you pick per line.

Not in the list?

We quote well beyond this list — add a line and type the part number, or paste the BOM you’re working from.

Why we don’t publish a price

Power supply pricing moves with the market daily, so a static number would be wrong by tomorrow. Send the part numbers and quantities — you get today’s real number.

Landed cost

Duty and delivery already in it, not a factory-gate figure.

The rate for the day you buy

Not last quarter’s — we re-check the market before every quote.

A number per condition

Quoted side by side, so you compare on one sheet.

What you’re buying

You pick this per line in the request, so it’s worth two minutes. The warranty is the same in all three cases.

Original

What it is
Vendor-boxed and sealed, with the vendor’s own serial and packaging.
Warranty
1-year hardwaresys warranty, on top of whatever the vendor carries.
Pick it when
Parts going into a server that stays under vendor support.

OEM

What it is
Vendor-produced parts supplied in bulk or in a tray rather than a retail carton — the same supply without the box.
Warranty
1-year hardwaresys warranty.
Pick it when
Volume builds where the carton is not the point.

Refurbished

What it is
Pulled, cleaned and bench-tested: powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded.
Warranty
1-year hardwaresys warranty — identical to the other two.
Pick it when
Spares pools, lab and staging estates, end-of-sale platforms.

Checked, boxed — then it ships.

Supplies are matched to the server model and powered up before they are packed.

Server, wattage and input fit

A supply is only right for the chassis it was built for, at an input your rack actually provides. Tell us the server model, how many supplies the machine takes and what the rack feeds, and we match the order code before the quote goes out.

Send your part numbers — we check them first

Paste the list you are working from. We verify each part against the platform it has to sit in and against the workload it has to carry, and we tell you where the configuration is wrong before it becomes an order. On one energy-sector project that recalculation took 25% out of the customer’s hardware spend.

How it works

Step 1

Pick your parts

You: Click the part numbers above or type your own — mix vendors and conditions in one list.

We: We read it as one request, not five.

Step 2

Send the request

You: Add quantities and your email. No account, no obligation.

We: We match the supply to your exact server model and input voltage before quoting. Answers come by email or WhatsApp — whichever you used — from one manager, not a chat thread with five suppliers.

Step 3

Get today’s price

You: Nothing — check your inbox.

We: We reply within 48 hours with a firm, landed quote for the current market.

Frequently asked questions

The one built for your machine. Dell separates supplies by configuration letter and redundancy scheme, so 800W and 1400W each cover more than one order code, and codes that look adjacent are not synonyms. Send the server model and how many supplies it takes, and we name the code.

Because Dell does not. On these 15th-generation codes the official name carries the wattage and “mixed mode” and no efficiency class at all; the class appears only on the newer Titanium codes, which are for different chassis. We would rather leave it out than print something the vendor never claimed.

Both exist and they are separate SKUs: 865414-B21 is 800W Platinum, 865438-B21 is 800W Titanium. Same wattage, same slot, different efficiency and different price. Tell us which one your standard requires.

It decides whether the supply works at all. Several high-wattage units are high-line only, 200–240 Vac, and some vendor codes are 277 Vac or DC variants that look almost identical in a listing. Tell us what the rack feeds and we filter those out before they reach the quote.

Yes, and it is worth asking: the cord rating and socket type change with wattage, and a supply that arrives without the right cord cannot be commissioned. Name the rack PDU and we quote the cords in the same build.

Send the part numbers and the servers and you’ll have today’s landed price, usually within 48 hours, UAE business time. Units ready in Shenzhen ship from there; air to Dubai is typically 3–7 days DDP.
