Overview
The PowerEdge C6615 is a compute sled rather than a free-standing server: four of them share one C6600 chassis, along with its power and its cooling. Each sled carries a single AMD EPYC processor, and that is the point of the design — an efficient one-socket node repeated four times in a thin slice of rack, aimed at cloud operators, hosting firms and telco teams who grow by adding nodes instead of buying one big box. This listing is new. We source each sled to order through our supplier network in China; at the Shenzhen warehouse it is unpacked, compared with the order, has its serial numbers logged, and is repacked for the onward trip. Warranty: 1-yr hardwaresys RTB + vendor’s own warranty. The decision to make first is the chassis. Sleds alone suit an existing C6600, while a fresh deployment needs the enclosure, its power supplies and the drive backplane — SAS/SATA or universal NVMe — settled together.
