New means original components and no deployment history at all. Each order starts a build; nothing waits in a warehouse. We place your configuration with the suppliers we buy through, and the finished machine is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded. Purchasing runs across China, auditing in the Shenzhen warehouse we operate. Cover is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, with a longer entitlement attributed to the vendor that carries it — + vendor to 36 mo.
