The PowerEdge R6615 is Dell's dense single-socket AMD platform of the current crop, and this is the new-build listing: configured at the factory tier, entitled for the vendor's programmes, shipped with its history blank. Its refurbished twin sits one card over for the budgets that prefer depreciation to entitlement — same silicon, same chassis, different ledger. New stock is brought in to order, cleared through Shenzhen, and bench-cycled: powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded.
