Overview
The R730 belongs to an earlier Dell rack generation, and refurbished is the listing that exists because that is where supply for it actually sits. Units come back out of production estates, are wiped, restored to a working baseline and re-tested. Nobody arrives here looking for novelty — they are keeping a rack whole that already runs this generation. Each machine is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded, and what the bench found stays with that serial. We buy through Chinese supply and run the inspection in our Shenzhen warehouse, so the check is ours and not a claim copied from whoever sold the unit to us. Supply is build to order: we go and find the configuration you described rather than lift it off a shelf, which is why the page carries a lead time instead of a quantity. The warranty is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, the line worth reading twice on hardware of this age. Sensible homes for it are spares pools, lab benches and second sites.
