Overview
This is the DC-powered variant of the entry PowerStore, and the reason it exists is the room rather than the workload: central offices, telecom sites and cabinets that run on direct current. Like the rest of the array range it is supplied new, because storage controllers with an unknown service history are not something a serious estate accepts. Every unit is sourced after the order is placed. It is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded, and only then does it leave us. Procurement runs across Chinese supply and the quality audit is carried out by our people in Shenzhen. The term we carry is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, with any longer vendor entitlement named as the vendor's own — + vendor to 36 mo. Confirm the power feed before anything else: ordering the DC variant into a site that actually runs on mains is an expensive mistake and it is easy to make on paper.
