The PowerStore 500T is an entry unified array rather than a server, and arrays are bought new for a reason that has nothing to do with sentiment: the thing holds the only copy of somebody's data, and a controller pair with an unknown history is not a risk a storage team takes. This catalogue lists it new only. Supply is arranged against your order. We place the configuration with the vendors we buy through, and each unit is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded before dispatch. Buying spans China with the audit run at our Shenzhen warehouse. Our cover is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, and the vendor's own support entitlement is separate, belongs to the vendor and is quoted that way — + vendor to 36 mo. For an array, tell us the capacity and protocol requirements with the bill of materials; the enclosure is the easy part of the conversation and the sizing is not.
