Overview
The ME5024 is an entry block array built for direct attachment and small SAN work — the step a site takes when the drives inside its servers have stopped being enough. It is listed new because a controller pair whose history nobody can account for has no business holding production data. Each array is sourced against the configuration you specify rather than pulled from stock. Before dispatch it is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded. We buy through Chinese supply and the quality audit is carried out at our Shenzhen warehouse. Our cover is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, and the vendor's own support entitlement is separate and named as the vendor's — + vendor to 36 mo. Send capacity, host count and the protocol you intend to use along with the model: enclosures are simple to quote and the sizing behind them is where the money is decided.
