Overview
The DG7200 is the bigger engine of the DG Series: the same ONTAP all-flash design as the DG5200, with more NVMe drives per HA pair, room for more switch-attached expansion shelves and support for the largest SSDs in the family. Its protocol list runs from FC, iSCSI and NVMe over FC or TCP to NFS, SMB and S3, which is why it often replaces a block array and a filer at once in data-heavy estates. This listing is new hardware. We source it in China for the specific order; at Shenzhen the controllers, drives, host interface cards and cables are counted against the configuration and the serial numbers documented. Cover: 1-yr hardwaresys RTB + vendor’s own warranty. The DG7200 asks for a larger starting capacity than the DG5200, and host interface cards are ordered in pairs, so send the target capacity and the protocols you will actually run, then request a quote.
