Overview
The DS1525+ is the five-bay top of the desktop plus range, the tower that creative studios and small firms buy when four bays would fill within the year and the rackmount step still feels like overkill. Ours are new, come via the China purchasing route and clear the Shenzhen audit; each example is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded on its way out. We warrant it 1-yr hardwaresys RTB. It also takes the family's expansion units later, which is the honest answer to sizing anxiety.
