The DS3622xs+ is the flagship of Synology's desktop line — a tower with the brand's server-class internals and the bay count of a small rackmount, for the operation that has flatly refused to buy a cabinet and still needs the storage to behave like infrastructure. Plenty of businesses run entirely on one of these. It is what serious looks like when the office refuses rack noise. The bay count covers years of growth before the expansion conversation starts.
